Running a company means keeping track of the money coming in, the money going out and the tasks that need attention.
Save your invoices, receipts and business bank statements so your transactions can be explained.
Keep track of what customers pay you, what your business spends and what is still unpaid.
Check which accounting, tax and renewal tasks apply to your company, and when they need attention.
A simple example
An invoice tells your customer what they need to pay.
Your quote explains who handles each task, what is included and what you need to provide. Company Dubai coordinates the work with accounting specialists.

Bookkeeping is the day-to-day record of your sales, purchases, payments and receipts.
In practice it means every invoice you send, every bill you pay and every movement in your business bank account is written down and matched up. Good bookkeeping is what makes later reports and tax work possible.
Accounting uses those records to prepare reports and show how the business is doing.
Reports pull the records together so you can see income, costs and what is owed to and by your company. The same reports are usually the starting point for tax work.
Corporate tax is a federal UAE tax on business profits. Registering, filing a return and paying tax are separate tasks.
Registering means the company is known to the Federal Tax Authority. Filing a return means reporting figures for a period. Paying tax means transferring any amount due. A company can have a filing duty even in a period where no tax is payable. Whether and when each task applies depends on the company and the current rules, so we check your situation rather than assume.
VAT is a tax that can apply to sales of goods and services. Not every company is registered for it.
Whether a company must register, may register voluntarily, or does not need to register at all depends on the applicable rules and the business’s own situation — what it sells, where, and the value of those sales. Being in a free zone does not by itself remove tax duties. We look at your case with a specialist instead of applying a single rule to everyone.
Corporate tax and VAT are federal UAE taxes, not separate Dubai taxes. Rules change, and what applies depends on your company. Check the Federal Tax Authority pages above, and we’ll go through your situation with a specialist.
Three simple habits to help you stay organised.
Keep invoices, receipts and other business records together.
Share the agreed information with your accounting specialist and answer questions about anything missing.
Check which reports, submissions or renewals are coming up and who is handling them.
Records can be kept digitally, which usually makes them easier to share. Saving files somewhere is not the same as completing bookkeeping or a tax submission — a specialist still does that work. Please don’t send financial documents, passwords or tax-portal access through the enquiry form.

Regular help
The agreed bookkeeping and reporting work, done on a regular basis.
For example, recording your transactions for each period and preparing the agreed reports. Your quote says what is included and how often the work is done.

Agreed tasks
A registration, a return, or work to organise older records — where this is needed and agreed.
This work is agreed for your situation, because the effort depends on your company and the state of your records. Nothing starts before you agree to it.

Agreed separately
Coordination around renewals, or separate specialist services, where offered and agreed.
This might include keeping track of a licence renewal date or introducing a specialist for something outside accounting. We tell you who does the work and what it costs first.
Your quote explains which of these services you receive. Here are four questions to ask:
There are three different kinds of amount to keep apart: fees for professional work, any official charges that apply, and tax that your company itself owes. Not every registration involves a government fee. Where a specialist partner does the work, we say so and explain any referral fee we receive before you agree to anything.
Send a short enquiry. You do not need to know the accounting terms.
We’ll reply by email and explain the proposed help, who handles it and what it costs.
Once the work is agreed, we help coordinate the next steps with the relevant specialists.

Bookkeeping records the everyday money: the invoices you send, the bills you pay and the movements in your business bank account. Accounting uses those records to prepare reports and explain how the business is doing. In practice the same specialist often does both, and your quote says which parts are included.
Yes. It is a good moment to get organised, before the paperwork builds up. Tell us what your company does and how you keep invoices and receipts today, and we’ll explain the support that fits.
That is fine. You can keep working with them. We can help with a specific task or with understanding what still needs attention, and we will say clearly where your existing accountant is the right person to ask.
As a rule, keep anything that explains a business transaction: sales invoices, purchase invoices and receipts, contracts and your business bank statements. How long each type of record must be kept depends on the rules that apply to it, so there is no single retention period that covers everything. We check the requirements relevant to your company with a specialist.
No. VAT registration depends on the applicable rules and your company’s own situation, including what it sells, where, and the value of those sales. Some companies must register, some may choose to register voluntarily, and some do not need to. We check your case rather than assume.
Yes, that is possible. Registering, filing a return and paying tax are separate things. A company can be required to register and to file for a period even when the amount payable is nil. What applies to you depends on your company and the current rules.
Often, yes. The work needed is assessed first — a specialist looks at what exists and what is missing — and then the scope and price are agreed before anything starts. We do not quote a catch-up job without seeing what it involves.
Not automatically. Company formation and ongoing accounting support are separate pieces of work. Your quote makes clear which of them you are paying for.
We’ll reply by email to discuss your company and the next steps.
You do not need to have everything organised first. Send a short enquiry, and we’ll reply by email.
